the industry’s definition of ‘value’, from an investor, operator and,
most importantly, consumer perspective.
To achieve this, we spoke directly to a very targeted group of the renters, considered to be prime BTR consumers. Once chosen, we utilised decision science-based methodologies to examine individual perceptions about willingness-to-pay, including the real-time trade-offs across 19 drivers of value.
