Given the magnitude of the development, it is less surprising that the first visionary fruits for what has now become ’Brent Cross Town’, were harvested by our then client team a fair few years ago. And we are especially proud that we could subsequently support the London Borough of Barnet with our proprietary Placemaking Scorecard system during their pioneering Bidder selection process in 2014, which ultimately saw Argent Related coming out on top…
